Breathwork Meditation: 

By consciously changing your breathing patterns and paying attention to the sensations in your body, you can achieve relaxation, improve focus, and unwind. There are various types of simple and effective breathwork techniques that that involves focusing your attention on your breath. Nama's breathwork meditations incorporate Pranayama principals, using conscious breathing techniques for grounding.

Mantra Meditation: 

This type of meditation involves silently repeating a mantra, which is a word, phrase, or sound. The repetition of the mantra helps to focus the mind and promote a sense of calm.

The most popular of these is AUM (pronounced Om 🕉️). It consists of three syllables

A-U-M and is believed to be the sound of the universe!


Transcendental Meditation: 

Transcendental Meditation (TM) is a specific form of mantra meditation that involves sitting with your eyes closed and silently repeating a particular mantra. It's a great practice for those who tend to 'overthink' or remunerate as it uses your imagination in the most powerful and empowering way.


Zen Meditation

Zen meditation, also known as Zazen, is a form of mindfulness meditation that emphasizes sitting in a quiet posture and focusing on your breath. It is a traditional practice in Zen Buddhism that aims to cultivate inner peace and wisdom.


Reiki Meditation
