3 ways to improve meditation practice.

Updated: Dec 3

Ask yourself these 3 questions if you struggle to keep up with your meditation practice.

1. Are you making it too complicated?

If you're stressing over perfect posture or elaborate rituals, simplify it. Find a comfy position and focus on your breath. Meditation should be a calming escape, not a source of stress.

2. Are you aiming for too much?

Setting unrealistic goals, like meditating for an hour every day, can be discouraging. Begin with just a few minutes and gradually increase as you feel more comfortable. Small steps can lead to a lasting habit.

3. Are you using the wrong technique?

If you're finding a particular technique frustrating or unhelpful, it’s okay to experiment with different ones. Try out guided meditations, mindfulness practices, or mantra-based approaches until you find what resonates with you.

Remember to keep it simple, set achievable goals, and find what works for you. Meditation is a personal journey, and finding your own path is key to making it a regular part of your life. Enjoy the process and happy meditating!
