How to meditate

  • To begin, find a comfortable seated position and let Tanuka guide you through the five stages of chanting Om.

  • These stages are: The Silence, The sound of 'Aa', The sound of 'U', The sound of 'Mm' and Silence again

  • This will be accompanied by calming breathwork.
