Kanchi Dheer - Founder & Meditation Instructor

From an early age, I've wanted a life full of adventure and experience all that the world has to offer. After living in various cities and working in different countries, I've come to understand that the pursuit of our dreams must be balanced with the need to ground ourselves. 

 

For over a decade, my meditation practice has been my guiding star, providing a sense of groundedness and clarity in a world that often feels chaotic. It's a tool that has helped me navigate life's challenges with grace and resilience. 
 

As a business strategy professional for 15 years, I understand the pressures of our demanding world firsthand.

Meditation doesn’t have to be daunting or rigid, especially for beginners. This realization led me to create Nama, a meditation app that prioritizes self-care. I underwent training to become a certified meditation and reiki instructor and am dedicated to making meditation as easy and accessible for anyone who wants to lead a mindful life.​

I am a marketing strategist who discovered a profound connection with myself through meditation while completing my 200-hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training Course. During the pandemic, I began offering free meditation classes to foster a sense of calm and balance.

​

Traveling solo across India, I backpacked through mountains, rediscovering herself on a transformative trip to Himachal.

Immersed in the energy of nature, I revived my meditation practice, returning with a calmer, more grounded outlook on life. It taught me that while life's challenges may not disappear, a calm mind can better navigate them. I now embrace life with greater calm and clarity.​

Today, I share her journey, inviting others to explore the power of breathwork, fostering resilience and a sense of ease as they navigate life’s challenges.
